Brew Blue was founded in 2023 by partners Jil and Mike.

How It All Began…

It started with our Mums. Watching them struggle through perimenopause—restless nights, really low mood, fatigue—we couldn’t believe how little support was out there. My Mum tried everything and nothing really worked and so she struggled through this transition for years! We knew there had to be a better way. Determined to find real relief, we spent 12 months working with naturopaths and experts trying to find a solution. What started as a mission to help our mums quickly became something bigger. We didn’t want our aunties, our friends, or even Jil herself to go through the same thing unprepared.

Why 'Brew Blue'?

The name takes us back to where it all began—sitting with our mums, sharing stories, and sipping blue tea. That conversation sparked something bigger than just helping them out. It was a realisation that menopause shouldn’t be something women have to endure alone.

That night, over our brews, we made a promise: to create something that would truly support women through this stage of life. And just like that, Brew Blue was born.

Now, every formula we create carries that same purpose—to bring women together, offer real relief, and make menopause a little easier to navigate.
