Refund Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, not all items are eligible. Please review our refund conditions before placing an order:
1. Non-returnable | Please be aware that foods and perishable goods are non-returnable. Additionally, we uphold world-class quality standards for our products. To comply with our quality protocols, we cannot accept returns of products once they have left our warehouse. This policy is in place to ensure that you receive the highest possible standards and protect your health and well-being.
2. No refunds for post-purchase sales | We do not offer refunds for item(s) marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable" at the time or purchase, unless faulty.This includes ALL post purchase sales.
3. Refunds do not include shipping cost | Please note that when a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will not be included. This means that the amount refunded to you will be the purchase price of the product, minus the shipping fees. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding in this matter.
4. Ingredient allergies | Before placing an order, we strongly encourage you to review the product page, product photo, and ingredients. It's your responsibility to research the ingredients in the product and identify any potential allergens. If you have any inquiries about the ingredients, we suggest reaching out to us at help@brewbluelife.com or consult your health professional to see whether or not this product is suitable for you.
5. Experiencing financial difficulties | Taking charge of your financial circumstances is crucial. If you're facing financial challenges, we advise against purchasing supplements, and regretfully, we're unable to grant refunds for financial hardship.
6. Did not like the taste / flavour | Refunds cannot be granted based solely on the flavour. Flavour preferences are subjective and vary from person to person. While we strive to create products with exceptional taste, we understand that there's always room for improvement. If you have taken our products and haven't experienced any health improvements, please contact our support team, and we may be able to consider a discretionary refund.
7. Bought more than 1 Jar *Our guarantee is exclusively for customers who have purchased the 1 jar option. Customers who have bought more than one pack are not eligible for a refund for the additional packs. For example: if you bought a 3 jar bundle. You are only eligible for a refund on the 1st jar only, the other 2 jar are not eligible for a refund. Please consider this when first trying out our products.
Our guarantee is dependent on the effectiveness of our products, and to qualify for a refund on your first jar, you must follow the recommended dosages as instructed. If you have used our product as directed and still haven't experienced any positive health benefits, we'll gladly refund your first jar purchase.
8. Damages and issues | Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
9. Additional | Kindly note that if you request a refund on these grounds, the option to repurchase the same product on our online store will not be available to you. We reserve the right to request the product back to test, and check if the item is faulty.
