I’m on my second batch and the hot flushes have slowed down a little but not all .. bloating has been better .. constipation is there ? Calmer yes ..
the scoop is a little to short .. the mixture is hard to mix ..
over all I’ll keep at it to try and help myself..

I have only been on this for about four weeks and I feel a lot calmer. Still have all the other symptoms but hopefully in time so maybe a little easier.
I have found that the scoop needs to be a little longer as my hands get stuck.
